Which languages do you work in?

Croatian and English, both comfortably. Most of my work has been in English for years, so that's the default — unless you'd rather not.

Do you work with clients outside Croatia?

Mostly, actually. Stores and apps for clients in the US, the UK and across Europe — UK, Germany, Slovenia, Estonia. Remote is the normal case here, not the exception.

Not at the moment. I ran an agency internship programme for five years, tutoring more than twenty interns along the way, then spent 2022 to 2024 as an external collaborator at FERIT. I've taken a break since, but I still enjoy it — if the right opportunity comes along, I'd happily get back to it.

Tomislav Kaučić on paper, Tomo to everyone else. I design and build websites, stores and apps from Slavonski Brod, in eastern Croatia — the front end, the back end, and the drawing that happens before either. Most projects pass between three people before they ship; here it stays one conversation.
Away from the screen: more ground coffee than is strictly advisable, a craft beer at the end of a good week, and a largely unwinnable argument in defence of Star Trek.
